“The teacher training process is the most effective tool that I have developed to mend the hoop of the people. Through this journey you will begin to discover your correct relationship with yourself, others and all forms of life.”
- Ana Forrest

The Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Program is designed to deliver a solid foundation in the art of teaching Forrest Yoga. The program includes the Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Foundation course, a 24 day immersion course, which will focus on intense personal and professional growth and will promote powerful insights that provide deeper integration with one's true self.

Taught by Ana Forrest, a world-renown instructor and practitioner of yoga, this course will open you to deeper truths and perceptions and teach you how to apply these truths to your lives - both in and out of the yoga studio. The Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Course will prepare you to be a Level I/II Forrest Yoga instructor. It is the first step of becoming a fully certified Forrest Yoga teacher. There is great emphasis on all aspects of teaching and living yoga.
The Forrest Yoga Teacher Training is a registered RYS 200 school by Yoga Alliance, and fulfils the 200 hour teacher training requirement.

The Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed for both aspiring instructors and advanced yoga students who are ready to move deeper within themselves and increase the mental acuity needed to explore the rich tapestry of Forrest Yoga. This course is also appropriate for current yoga teachers who are interested in learning how to work more deeply with their students on all levels. Yoga students with as little as three months and as many as thirty years experience have enjoyed the transformative benefits of this training program. It is not essential that you want to be a yoga teacher, but it is essential that you have a dedicated and resolute commitment to yourself and this course. Learn more about this course.

Gregor is thrilled to be a part of this powerful Baptiste community. As a Senior Master Baptiste Teacher at the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute in Cambridge and Boston, Gregor sees his classes as a chance to step outside the everyday and explore the energetic possibilities of the group -- possibilities that continually amaze and delight him. Recently, he has also had the opportunity to play a larger role in widening the reach of the Baptiste community by leading workshops and bootcamps across the country and around the world.
