Jodi Boone

RYT 200

Jodi feels that yoga is a precious gift and one of the greatest influences in her life. Drawn to sharing yoga with others, she began teaching in 2001. With a background in Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ananda yoga, Jodi integrates teachings from these traditions to create a fluid, creative and meditative practice. She teaches to inspire students to journey inward; nourishing themselves, deepening their intuition and honoring the divine within. She teaches yoga retreats and trainings internationally, and most recently spent six years living in India, where she co-directed Satsanga Retreat. In addition to teaching yoga, Jodi is a doula, massage therapist and student of Ayurveda, currently working toward her certification as an Ayurvedic practitioner.

Zak Endicott

E-RYT 200

Zak is a dynamic, motivating human being who stands for freedom and unconditional love. He was born to spread light and to help others turn on their own inner light. Discovering the yoga path opened his mind and heart to growth, healing and transformation; and his life has become an exciting and fulfilling adventure ever since. He believes that today’s yoga movement is the call of people saying we want to heal, live, and love deeply. Together we make a difference. Every yoga class is affirmation that the world can be a peaceful place.

Zak is E-RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance. He completed Level 1 and Level 2 training with Baron Baptiste in 2010 and advanced teacher training with Ana Forrest in 2014. He teaches workshops and retreats locally and internationally, and facilitates many Shakti programs including Shakti’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and Teacher Mentorship Program (TMP). In addition, Zak currently leads Shakti’s Introductory Series on Tuesdays at Shakti Bellevue and on Thursdays at Shakti Seattle.

In his personal practice, Zak studies and practices Ashtanga yoga, a more classical form taught traditionally by Sri Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India, and Forrest yoga, a powerful and healing, contemporary style created by Ana Forrest. He weaves these two influences skillfully into his classes and programs, combining classical practices, along with modern insight and adaptations. Classes with Zak are fun, potent, and unique.

Stephanie Greco

“I am so grateful that this practice has found it’s way into my life”.

Stephanie feels that the practice of yoga - all limbs - have had a profound impact on how she moves through life. It is from this place of curiosity and deep respect that she teaches. Her goal of aligning body, mind and heart are omnipresent in her teaching as well as in her own personal study.

Stephanie brings a light heart, humor and a strong sense of body awareness to her class. She has been studying yoga for over 18 years and teaching since 2002. After completing her initial training in 2002, she continued her path of learning with teachers

Max Strom, Richard Freeman, Gary Kraftsow, Sean Corn, Sarah Powers, Tias Little and Baron Baptiste. Although her studies began in the Ashtanga lineage, she currently teaches Vinyasa flow, Hatha and Yin.

The consciousness that yoga can provide is one that she shares with great enthusiasm. It is this divine passion that she brings to each and every class.

She continues to teach to support this beautiful science and to help ensure that we hold on to it’s core values.
