There are countless benefits to having a meditation practice, including sounder sleep, increased immunity, better focus and calmer mind. So what’s stopping you from meditating regularly? One of the main roadblocks for people for is the belief "I can't meditate" or fear of the potential time commitment. This is simply not true. Everyone can meditate, and the amount of time you dedicate to your practice can vary.
Join Jodi Boone for a four-part, Sunday evening Meditation Series to begin or strengthen your personal meditation practice. Learn the tools to meditation comfortably and effectively, and gain the guidance and support to begin meditating and stick with it!

TAP (Teacher Assisting Program)Early Bird Tuition $490 Standard Tuition $520 (after 10/19/18)
The Teacher Assisting Program (TAP) is a weekend training course designed to give instructors the foundation and skills needed to provide safe and effective adjustments on yoga students.
Developed by Lisa Black, the program’s curriculum covers healthy alignment, philosophy and ethics, the Art of Assisting Vinyasa Yoga, Types of Touch, and Assisting from True North Alignment. Students will learn the stabilizing, corrective, and deepening full-body adjustments of the 53 traditional asana within the Baptiste Power Vinyasa sequence and gain hours of hands-on assisting practice and experience.
TAP graduates receive 24 credit hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance.
200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification is recommended, but not required. Participants are expected to have read Journey Into Power by Baron Baptiste and be familiar with the 55 postures before beginning TAP.

Join Andreas in a playful exploration of inversions and arm balances, with a focus on the foundations of handstands. Geared towards those just beginning to explore leaving the ground as well as seasoned practitioners, this workshop is designed to give you the tools you need to successfully thumb your nose at gravity and most of all, have fun while doing it. We will explore preparatory poses and move through exercises to develop the strength and flexibility you need to lift off the ground with grace and ease. You will learn how to create stability from your center using bandhas and your core, learn various progressions for inversion work, and play with some transitions between poses. Come ready to learn and play!
Cultivating Balance & Ease: Yin + Sound Bath

Join Mei Ling and Michelle for a Restorative Yin practice and bathe in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes. Let go, release, and look inward to find balance and ease. As the body and mind calm, you may experience mental clarity, changes in physical sensations in the body, and a deeper connection to your intuition. The practice will close with the sound of pure silence experienced through Savasana.
