Chamonix is most passionate about making friends with her students. She loves challenging students to go to their limits and then holding a space for them as they face their struggles and growth. Before she found yoga, Chamonix was stressed, lonely, and holding back on life. Yoga opened doors for her to start living a healthier more vibrant and connected life. In practice, she gravitates towards smooth elegant vinyasas (because they feel beautiful) and long deep holds (because they're transformative). Her classes focus on alignment and breath, teaching students to care for their joints while finding deep meditation and rest. She teaches with joy and laughter is always welcome in her classes. When not doing yoga, Chamonix loves singing and hiking.
