Britta first fell in love yoga when she noticed the balance it brought to her life. For years, her mat continued to pull her back to it and she finally came to see that the physical practice had the power to connect her to the qualities and gifts that she most treasures in life – compassion, love and joy. Britta believes each yoga practice has the ability to teach some of life's greatest lessons and transform us into the brightest versions of ourselves. She loves to foster community in her classes and encourage students to be in inquiry and exploration of their bodies.
When not practicing yoga, Britta can be found spending time with her husband and daughter, playing in the great outdoors, writing about the universe's biggest questions, and teaching financial literacy.
