Youthful Yogis will be a week not to miss!

Each day will be centered around a core theme which will help to develop your child's awareness of themselves and the world around them. Through fun yoga exercises, games, and art projects we will bring these themes to life. The day will begin with circle time where we will introduce the theme for the day. We will segue into yoga exercises for approximately 45 minutes. Afterwards, we will head to a nearby park (1 block away) to enjoy some fresh air and some good ole running around. We will return to SHAKTI to to build a theme-related art project. We will then conclude the day with the children participating in tidying up the space and finally return to our circle for a candle meditation.

Children ages 6-10 years old welcome (Maximum in each group is 12). Discount of 20% given to families with more than one child enrolled.
