This comprehensive, introductory 8-class series is designed for beginners. Classes meet twice a week over 4 consecutive weeks to cover basic alignment and form of the 53 postures that compose the 90 minute Baptiste practice. Each class progressively builds on the previous one, preparing students to understand the progression of the 11 part series within the Baptiste flow. Led by Lisa Black, the Intro Series provides personal hands-on adjustments, demonstrations, and guidance for a solid foundation in this dynamic style of yoga.
